Among the most common variants we have the Fileja with chilli, obtained by adding the natural aroma of Calabrian chilli and tomato to the mixture to enhance the typical Mediterranean taste. Simply appetizing with a tomato sauce and fresh basil and with a sprinkling of grated pecorino. Handcrafted product dried at low temperatures. Available in 500g packs.
